  CSU Atlanta Alumni Association Community Partnership

  The CSU Atlanta Alumni Association is honored to support the Redan Heart and Harvest Hub Pantry, a vital community initiative established in 2025 and housed at Redan Middle School in Lithonia, GA. From the very beginning, CSU ATL has been involved since the inception, standing alongside the school to ensure students and families have consistent access to essential food resources.

  The pantry serves Redan Middle School students and their families, providing nourishment, stability, and care to the community. This impactful initiative was brought to life by CSU ATL Alumna Jasmyn Allen, who serves as an Assistant Principal at Redan Middle School. Her leadership reflects the heart of what it means to be a Centralian—service, compassion, and a commitment to uplifting others.

  We challenge ALL CSU Alumni to continue supporting this meaningful effort. Every donation strengthens families and reinforces our legacy of community impact.

  May’s High School Baby Essentials Closet Program

  Supporting Young Mothers from 8th–12th Grade

  The May’s High School Baby Essentials Closet Program provides compassionate, practical support to new mothers attending May’s High School, including students from 8th through 12th grade. The initiative ensures young mothers have access to essential baby items—diapers, wipes, formula, clothing, and hygiene products—so they can care for their infants while continuing their education.

  This effort is proudly overseen by CSU ATL Alum Michelle Byrdsong Walker, an educator at May’s who is dedicated to creating a dignified, confidential, and welcoming space for student parents.

  The Central State University Atlanta Alumni Association is honored to partner with and support this initiative, helping expand resources and strengthen the network of care surrounding these young mothers and their babies.

  Welcome to the Legacy Ladies of CSU Atlanta Women’s Quarterly Meet‑Up — a space created especially for our distinguished Marauder women who deserve time to dine, unwind, and reconnect.

  While anyone is welcome to join us, these gatherings are intentionally designed to honor the wisdom, grace, and lived experiences of our 55+ CSU sisters — women who have poured into families, careers, communities, and our beloved Central State University.

  Each quarter, we come together for good food, good conversation, and good company. No agendas, no pressure — just a warm circle of CSU women celebrating sisterhood, sharing stories, and creating new memories. Whether you join us to relax, laugh, network, or simply enjoy the presence of fellow alumnae, this is your place to exhale and be poured into.
